The Textile Building Lofts is located in the LA Fashion District and is a 12 story Gothic Revival and Italian Renaissance Revival architectural styled building. Originally, it was opened in 1926 for garment manufacturing. Designed in the Gothic Revival style by William Douglas Lee in 1928, the garment building has now been converted into lofts by the Forest City Residential West Group in 2005. The lofts feature polished concrete floors and large oversized windows to view the city.
Experience the loft life and experience living amongst other residents who share the amenities of Santee Village with Textile Building lofts. Residents can enjoy a rooftop pool, spa, BBQ area, basketball court and driving rage.
Along with living in an architectural historical monument by the L.A. Cultural Heritage Commission, residents can live in part of Downtown history. The Textile Building Lofts blends great architecture and furthers the movement to provide a great loft living lifestyle.
