Sky Lofts

801 S. Grand Ave.
Los Angeles, CA  90017

One of the first buildings to offer luxury condos in South Park, the Sky Lofts was a pioneer. On the building’s lower floors, shopping and dining occupy the offices.  The upper 11 floors offer the loft residences with dramatic views spanning the mountains to the ocean.

These modern soft lofts are upscale and offer beautiful downtown skyline and sunset views.  These lofts offer floor to ceiling windows, gourmet kitchens, high-end stainless steel appliances and Caesarstone ®  countertops.  Averaging 1,495 square feet, the one or two bedroom lofts have been designed with style for the downtown dweller.  On floor 1, residents can enjoy a theater, a social room, retail, and restaurants.

The building was originally built in 1985 as the Chase Plaza Building by AC Martin Partners. The building was acquired by CIM Group in 2003 and with Lee Homes; the building became a mixed-use retail, office and residential building.  In 2005, Lee Homes and CIM Group modernized the building.

The Sky Lofts provides residents with luxurious style in the South Park neighborhood.
