Savoy Move In Procedures
The following items need to be completed and returned to Savoy’s management office before any scheduled move can begin:
Move In Form: Signed by tenant along with the $500 security deposit and the $250 move in fee. They accept checks only, made out to Savoy Community Association.
A copy of the Lease Agreement: Signed by both owner and tenant.
Lease Addendum: Signed by BOTH owner and tenant.
Resident Information Form: Completely filled out, including vehicle and pet information.
Authorization to sign and accept packages form.
Directory Information Form
