EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS APPLICATION FEE:

  • $40 per applicant
  • $45 per corporate application
  •  Anyone over the age of 18 must complete an application

EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS Holding Deposit:

  • $250, Refundable within 72 hours
  • Payment can be made with personal check, cashier’s check, money order,
  • Or online at rentpayment.com

EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS Security Deposit:

  • Studio and One Bedroom $600
  • Two and Three Bedroom: $800
  • Based on approved credit. Deposit can be as much as 2 month’s rent. See qualifying criteria for requirements.

EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS Pet Fees:

  • Cat $300 deposit, $25/month pet rent
  • Dog: $500 Deposit, $50/month pet rent
  • Maximum 2 pets per home.
  • Breed restrictions apply including: Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Hound, Beagle or any mix of these.

EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS UTILITIES:

  • Eighth and Grand Residents are responsible for: electricity, water, sewer and trash. Time Warner® is the only cable provider at this time. However AT&T® Uverse will be available once construction is complete.

EIGHTH AND GRAND APARTMENTS Prior to Move In:

  • You must schedule your freight elevator reservation with our resident relations department. There are three time slots you can reserve the elevator: 8am-12 pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-8pm. Availability is not guaranteed based on your move in date.
  • Parking
  • 1 Parking Space per bedroom is included with your apartment home. Additional Parking spaces are $125.00 and based on limited availability.
  • Eighth & Grand is a non-smoking community and residents must sign a non smoking disclosure prior to moving in outlining that no resident or guest shall smoke inside the apartment, on your balcony, or any common area.
